6/2/2007 - "Expedited Key Service"

The Pet Weekender is pleased to unveil - "Expedited Key Service" - it's newest program for the“busy” pet owner who travels frequently for business or pleasure. Sometimes your work or busy schedule does not allow you a lot of notice, or perhaps you are too busy and simply overlook making a pet sitting reservation. Participating in this program makes it easier for us to accept shorter notice reservation requests. We require two copies of your house key, which we will pick up at either the Initial Visit for new customers or at your next visit for existing customers.

In the event of your scheduled Pet Carer not being able to make it to your home, this allows another Pet Carer to retrieve the backup key from our office and take care of your pets and home.

For your security, all keys are stored in a safe using a password pretected system where the keys are numbered and do not have your name or address on them. If you choose to participate in our Expedited Key Service Program, we will keep both keys on file for future visits. You may request the return of your keys at any time. However, there is a $10.00 service fee, for returning your key, if you choose to discontinue using the Expedited Key Service Program. You may stop by our office and pick up the key to avoid a service fee or we can leave them on a final pet visit.

The Pet Weekender requests 48 hours notice for all reservations, unless it is an emergency. Holiday periods are excluded from this arrangement. Participation in this program does not guarantee a reservation with The Pet Weekender Care services.
